Please note that all "Saturday Stays" are in addition to our scheduled program and any transportation, food, or special reservations, must be arranged by you ahead of time.

terms and agreement
All reservation fees are an attempt to better prepare teams for the outreach. A student that cancels their trip after registration, will forfeit their deposit. In the unfortunate event that a group would need to cancel, the $500 deposit is forfeited. The reason for this policy is three-fold: based upon the number of groups for which we have received reservations, we make staff hiring commitments, budget projections, and ministry commitments. Therefore, you can imagine how we are negatively impacted when a group cancels. We are making every possible attempt to accommodate your needs and make your mission trip to Hollywood the most rewarding trip ever. Our reservation policy is an attempt to better serve you and prepare our staff for your arrival. Your timely compliance to all registration procedures is your commitment to preparing for this trip and is greatly appreciated. Two approvals must accompany this form along with a $500 deposit for groups of ten or more. The Outreach Director (who will be attending the outreach) along with the Senior Pastor and either the Business Administrator or an Elder must approve this form and agree to the above terms.
